These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 58pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 58pkr website located at https://58pkr.cam and all associated services, content and features (collectively, the "Service").

58pkr operates as an online betting and live casino information platform. By registering an account, accessing any part of the Service or using any feature provided through this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

• "Funds" means any PKR or other currency deposited into a User's Account.

• "Platform" means the 58pkr website, mobile interface and all related services accessible at https://58pkr.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction from which access to or use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, registers or uses the Service.

5. You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform.

To access the full range of services offered through 58pkr, you are required to register a personal Account. The registration process requires the provision of accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to, your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred contact details.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify 58pkr of any changes to your registered details. The Platform reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be liable accordingly. You must immediately notify 58pkr if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any related balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals.

By accessing and using the 58pkr Platform, you agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or related systems;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to interact with the Platform without express written permission;
• Exploit any software errors, bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engage in any form of collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse or match fixing;
• Provide false identity information or impersonate another person;
• Post, transmit or distribute harmful, offensive, defamatory or illegal content through any Platform communication channel;
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

58pkr reserves the right to monitor user activity, investigate suspected violations of these Terms and take such action as it deems appropriate, including Account suspension or termination and referral to relevant authorities.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the payment methods currently supported by the Platform. Commonly referenced payment options familiar to Pakistani users include mobile wallet services, bank transfer facilities and cryptocurrency. The availability of any specific payment method, applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and any associated fees are subject to change and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as user-familiarity references only and do not constitute endorsement of or affiliation with those providers. The Platform does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing timelines and supported withdrawal channels are as displayed in your Account at the time of the request.

6.3 Currency

The Platform supports transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and other currencies where applicable. Any currency conversion required will be applied at the exchange rate current at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may apply.

58pkr may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other incentives to eligible users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully verified accounts only;
• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and any other applicable restrictions will be stated in the specific promotional terms;
• 58pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions, the use of automated tools or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — is prohibited and may result in Account termination;

Users are advised to review the complete terms of any promotion before claiming. If there is any conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules prior to participation. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming products:

• All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system, except where an obvious technical error has occurred;

References to Pakistan cricket or PSL are for illustrative and contextual purposes only and do not imply any affiliation between 58pkr and the PCB, PSL or any governing cricket body.

58pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The Platform provides, or facilitates access to, a range of responsible gambling tools designed to assist users in managing their play safely. These include deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits and self-exclusion options.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of 58pkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58pkr, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, device damage or the cost of substitute services — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

58pkr makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or in any other circumstances where applicable law prohibits such limitation.

58pkr reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Service and may request closure of your Account.

58pkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct;
• A determination by the Platform that your continued use poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
• Your request for voluntary self-exclusion;
• Inactivity in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable license jurisdiction under which 58pkr operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution procedures are specified.

Pakistani users are reminded that their use of online gambling services may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable local laws. Use of the Platform does not exempt users from compliance with applicable Pakistani law.
